Emdeon Prices IPO At Top End Of Expected Range - Update

Emdeon Inc., a provider of healthcare claims and payment processing solutions, said Tuesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 23.70 million shares of its Class A common stock at a price of $15.50 per share. The pricing represents the top end of the company's expected range of $13.50-$15.50 per share. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "EM."
